8 weeks of 2-hour classes for women that combine the transformational power of motivational coaching, cardio kick-boxing, yoga & guided meditation… not to mention the incredible circle of women who make up the class.
Classes use a combination of motivational speaking (by me), physical movement, exercise, meditation, as well as intentionally-focused release work to make this the ultimate class for women to relieve stress, learn to love and listen to their body and finally let go of the things that no longer serve them.
This class seeks to assist women in finding a healthier, happier, harmonious and more balanced life.
WHAT TO EXPECT EACH WEEK
• 30-mins of transformative group coaching
• 10-mins of warm-up using stretching, breathing and basic Yoga poses
• 40-mins of cardio kick-boxing for muscle building/toning, fat burning, and intentional release work
(cardio is for all fitness levels and you are encouraged to go at your own pace)
• 10-mins of cool-down using stretching, breathing and basic Yoga poses
• 15-mins of guided meditation
• 10-mins closing Soul Fire Ceremony (shhh… it’s a secret)
You do not need to be experienced with any of the exercises above, the cardio and yoga can be done at your own pace. This is suited to anyone who is looking to build inner and outer strength, balance and peace.
