Find some peace and bliss at the end of your week in this 2-hour Friday night yin workshop.
A variety of passive yin poses will be introduced and thoroughly explained during the workshop. Additional props and support will be provided for injuries and other mobility issues.
You will have plenty of time to explore any variations or modifications needed for each pose, with extended holds to allow for a truly deep release. Maximum number of students will be capped at 20 to allow for additional hands on work, adjustments and assistance. Suitable for all levels. Register early to secure your spot.
