— Fit4Function Movement Class

Understanding the true relationship that movement patterns play in our health and fitness goals.Fit4Function is an alignment focused functional movement class designed to bring a balance between flexibility and strength through all the body’s ranges of motion. The class includes restorative exercise (Nutritious Movement Program ™), functional range strengthening, and exploring physical awareness and strengthening natural movement to help build stability. Between reinforcing aligned biomechanics and improving the brain-body connection, this class is a great addition for anyone – whether a beginner or finely-tuned athlete.

Restorative Yoga Practice

Restorative yoga is a slow, mindful, and relaxing yoga practice that involves holding a small number of poses for longer durations, typically between 5 and 25 minutes. It allows the body time to rest and restore, which can result in improvements to digestion, sleep or a reduction in general tension. Whether you could use a break from the stimulation of daily life or you are looking for a balance to high intensity work-outs, come give restorative yoga a try.
