WHO ARE THESE CLASSES RIGHT FOR?
These classes are for women who are looking for something that is going to stoke their inner fire, while building personal power, inner peace and physical strength. If you are looking to get back into a healthier body, routine and mindset, this is the place to get a well-rounded jump start each week!
Classes use a combination of coaching, physical movement, exercise, meditation, as well as intentionally-focused release work to make this the ultimate class for women to relieve stress, learn to love and listen to their body and finally let go of the things that no longer serve them. This class seeks to assist women in finding a healthier, happier, harmonious and more balanced life.

THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
1-ON-1 LIFE COACHING
With each program you will receive one 60-minute 1-on-1 Life Coaching Session to gain perspective and propel you forward. The session can be scheduled in-person (Binbrook), over the phone, or skype, anytime before or during the program. This session includes Life Coaching pre-work and follow up, all designed to help you transform your life and go from where you are, to where you are truly meant to be!
4 YOGA & CARDIO KICKBOXING CLASSES
• 20-mins of Yoga each week using stretching, breathing and basic Yoga poses to balance your body, mind & soul
• 40-mins of cardio kick-boxing for muscle building/toning, fat burning, and emotional release work
You do not need to be experienced with any of the exercises above, the cardio and yoga can be done at your own pace. This is suited to anyone who is looking to build inner and outer strength, balance and peace.
4 GUIDED MEDITATION CLASSES
• 45-mins of guided meditation each week for building inner strength, mental health and physical healing
• Meditations will include tips and techniques for achieving stillness and mindfulness
• Yoga and Cardio Kickboxing every Sunday from 1 — 2pm
• Guided Meditation every Sunday from 2:15 — 3:00pm
