This class is designed to restore, recondition and strengthen the body and mind after pregnancy and childbirth. We focus on yoga postures specifically designed for the postnatal months to help your body regain strength, mobility and tone in a safe and effective way. The emphasis is on strengthening the pelvic floor, core, legs and back as well as on opening and relaxing tension in the shoulders, chest, neck and arms. We guide you through a gentle Hatha flow offering modifications to accommodate all stages of your post natal body. Enjoy a supportive atmosphere with other moms and babies… laugh, relax and maybe even get a little sweaty.
Bring baby of course but if you happen to get an hour to yourself…feel free to come solo.
