WHY ATTEND THIS GUIDED MEDITATION GROUP?
Whether you are new to meditation or have a daily practice, these guided meditations are designed to help you focus, quiet the mind and relieve the stress, pressure and fast pace of our everyday lives.
With tools, tips, techniques and encouragement, these guided meditations aim to help you feel more grounded and allow you to discover the deeper connection, healing and wisdom that lies within.

• 45-mins of guided meditation, every Sunday (see dates below) from 2:15 — 3:00pm
• Meditations will include tips and techniques for meditation and mindfulness
$10 drop-in fee.
What to bring:
— dress comfortably, bring a sweater or blanket
— you may also wish to bring a bottle of water, pillow or yoga mat (yoga mat is completely optional as gym floor is all mats)
