This trip has daily activities including meditations, shared energy work and guided tours of fascinating places with ideal attributes to practice bringing positive healing energy. There are daily morning meditations, a swim and after breakfast, we go to the city to visit many fascinating historical places with unique energetic characteristics to experience. Ideal for those new to a path and experienced seekers.
Cristóbal Colón Cemetery. Visit site of the Milagrosa. Amelia Goyri died in childbirth in 1903, her baby passed on with her. Tradition at the time was that the baby was buried with its mother between her feet. When her husband had the site opened to bury his father years later, Amelia was found holding her baby in her arms. There is a strong palpable feeling of the divine feminine you can feel as you approach the site, even before you can see it.
Firing Squad site. There is a site in the moat of La Cabana fort where many have fallen to firing squads. The bullet holes in the wall can still be seen. This is a great place to bring healing energy; this has been a powerful experience for many.
Christ statue. See the view of the city from the Eastern shore at the feet of the Christ statue.
Rincon. This pilgrimage site to San Lazaro is a destination specifically chosen for those who practice energy work. In the tradition of Cuban spirituality it is also a shine to Babalú-Ayé. The fountain behind the church is known for its healing qualities.
Havana Churches. The churches in Havana are often gathering places for those dedicated to specific deities within Cuban spirituality. Different churches have very different energy both in vibration and intensity.
Old Havana. The squares and streets of old Havana are fascinating. We will wander and explore and see what strikes our fancy. Museums, architecture, culture, colour and energy abound in Havana. Walking streets constructed hundreds of years before automobiles when Habaneros needed to be protected from pirates is always an adventure.
Concerts/ballet. Depending on what is being presented, where will be opportunity to see one or more performances. If we choose not to go to a formal event, there is music all around on the streets of Havana.
Everything is an adventure in Havana. Taking a stroll greets you with dynamic energy. You never know what is around the next corner.
