Dive deep in the exploration of this passive, cooling transformative practice. You will learn Yin/Yang theory, Yin postures, Basics of Taoism, Basics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the 5 Element Theory. and how you can use these to begin to heal and maintain mental, physical and emotional health and wellness. For students and teachers that have an interest in Yin Yoga as a path towards transformation and healing through deeper exploration of the «yin» tissues, their psyche and their «shadows» (repressed emotions, conditioning, past trauma, chronic stress and identities you have become attached to) that have caused tightness, tension illness or disease in the body mind or heart. Students will be able to create specifically themed yin sequences for themselves or others to practice either in private or group settings in order to begin the journey back to wholeness and health.
