The Open Cellars Dinner Experience is an elite dinner hosted on our chef and producer's Tobias Pohl-Weary's birthday. What could be a better way celebrate his passion for fine libations and cuisine then bringing like minded people together for a fantastic meal.
This event is for those Blue Dinghy fans with a private collection that they have been curating on their own, and saving something special that they have wanted paired with that perfect dish.
All entries must be in before April 15th, when Chef Tobias Pohl-Weary and the Blue Dinghy team will begin hand picking the most unique, rare or cult wines, spirits or beers from all the entries to form a perfectly paired multi-course culinary experience.
If your libation is selected into this dinner of plenty, your beverage will be donated into the nights pairings, and you will be granted the right to purchase a set of two tickets for the evening ($250 for two seats). Your beverage will be shared equally among the limited number of diners, to be tasted along with every others seats selected beverage and pairing in a progressive tasting menu format.
We have some special tastes in mind and will have some bottles from his own cellar
to help with this celebration.
Entry cut-off April 15th. Selected entries will be contacted shortly thereafter to arrange beverage pickup and ticket sale. Multiple entries are acceptable however only one set of tickets per person.
Winning entries will be able to purchase
2 seats — $250 plus their donated beverages,
10-12 course dinner, beverage pairings and complimentary early access to the CINCO DE MAYO after party.
