It is part of human nature to worry. Our ancestors used anxiety as a mechanism to be alert and avoid danger. Nowadays, anxiety can act as an obstacle that hinders us from experiencing new events and living our lives freely. How can we release ourselves from our inner controlling self?
Join us as a short study break any time between 2:30-4:30 on March 15th in the lobby of Mills Library and learn about stress relief strategies, as well as how to cope with the overwhelming amount of anxiety we are about to experience once again. There will be snacks and stress balls provided!
