This 8 week program with Marion Kernaghan is geared towards anyone looking for individual guidance and support to help reach personal goals and milestones.
We will track body measurements and weight throughout the series and work on personal fitness goals. The small group training environment will allow both one-on-one advice to help you to improve performance, technical form and to have a workout that will be challenging and competitive all in a fun group setting.
It has been proven that more people are motivated while training in small groups where they are held accountable by one another to simply show up and give 100% effort.
We will meet every Wednesday for 8 weeks.
