Join us to learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your life!

Research has shown that mindfulness has tangible, long-lasting benefits for both mind and body, including decreased stress, improved concentration, increased resilience, improved general health and decreased symptoms of depression.

In the sessions we'll cover:

— Dealing with difficult emotions
— Effective mindfulness practices
— The science of mindfulness
— How to cultivate a home practice
— Plenty of time for discussion and questions

This series is open to everyone! You do not need to be struggling with an eating disorder or body image issue to join and no experience with mindfulness is required.

Facilitated by trained meditation and mindfulness teacher, Mira Rostami.
