Mommies in Motion is a motivating and inspiring class for any mom who wants to get outdoors, bond with other moms and just feel great! Bring your yoga mat and some water and you’ll be all set! (oh… and the stroller filled with everything you’ll need for baby!) In this Interval based class you will be guided through yoga and strength building exercises that are designed for the post natal mom by our Certified PostNatal Exercise Specialist and Yoga Teacher Chalentelle.
You can expect to increase your energy, tone your body, balance hormones, feel good, make new friends and LAUGH! This class is for every Mom at any stage of post natal recovery. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace and motivated to do your best.
We will meet each week at Memorial Park in front of the Skating loop building. Pre-register at the Yogashala in person or though our on-line store. On days that the weather does not cooperate, we will meet at the Yogashala for an indoor class!
