Come + try PiYo!!! This is NOT yoga! It is a format designed to provide improved flexibility but it also increases strength + agility! If you haven't tried it, this is a great opportunity to bring a friend + do it outdoors with the sounds of the birds (+ Liane) with the breeze in your hair as you are doing a more moderate pace than what you see in a typical yoga class.

Bring a yoga mat, towel, water bottle. Class can be done bare footed or you can wear lightweight flexible cross trainers.
Kids can come at your discretion — there is no child minding
Raining? No problem, we will figure out an alternative which will be discussed prior to event.
Make-up classes are accepted — Class pass users can use their passes.
